Champion NJ Construction LLC ("Champion Construction," "we," "us," or "our") is a family-owned roofing, siding, masonry, chimney, steps and gutter contractor based in Fairfield, New Jersey. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit www.championconstruction-nj.com (the "Site"), call or text us, or request an estimate, how we use it, and the choices you have.

By using the Site or contacting us, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

When you request a free inspection or estimate, fill out a form, call, text or email us, we may collect:

• Insurance claim details, if you ask us to help with a claim

Information collected during an inspection or project

When we visit your home, we take photographs and measurements of the property and the areas we inspect or work on. We use these to prepare your estimate, document the condition of your home, support insurance claims and keep records of completed work.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, certain information is collected automatically, including your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages viewed, time spent on pages, the website that referred you, and general location (city or region) derived from your IP address. This information is collected through cookies and similar technologies described in Section 4.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your request and schedule your free inspection or estimate
• Confirm appointments by phone or text message
• Prepare written estimates, contracts and invoices
• Perform, document and warranty the work we do for you

3. Phone Calls and Text Messages

When you submit a form or give us your phone number, you agree that Champion Construction may call or text you at that number about your request, appointment, estimate or project. These messages are related to the service you asked for. We do not send marketing text messages without your separate consent.

Message frequency varies with your project. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving texts from us, or tell us on a call that you no longer want to be contacted. Reply HELP for help, or call us at 973-600-6663. Consent to receive calls or texts is not a condition of hiring us.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or text messaging consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.

4. Cookies and Analytics

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies. Cookies are small files stored on your device that help a website work and help us understand how it is used.

• Essential cookies keep the Site and its forms working properly.
• Google Analytics collects information about how visitors find and use the Site, such as pages visited and time on site. • Business transfers, if our business is sold, merged or reorganized, customer records may be transferred to the new owner, who will be bound by this Privacy Policy.

6. Photos of Your Home

We may use photos of completed work on the Site, on social media and in our marketing to show the quality of our work. We do not publish your name, your street address or photos showing people without your permission. If you do not want photos of your home used, tell us before or during your project, or contact us afterward and we will remove them from the Site and our social media.

7. How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep estimate requests and contact information for as long as needed to respond to you and follow up. For customers who hire us, we keep project records, contracts, photos and warranty information for as long as your warranty lasts and as long as required for tax, licensing, insurance and legal purposes. When we no longer need information, we delete it or store it securely.

8. How We Protect Your Information

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections on the Site and spam protection on our forms. No website, email or data storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send us payment card numbers, bank account details or Social Security numbers through the Site or by email.

9. Your Choices and Rights

You can contact us at any time to:

• Ask what personal information we have about you
• Correct information that is wrong or out of date
• Ask us to delete your information, unless we must keep it for warranty, tax, legal or contractual reasons
• Stop calls, texts or emails from us
• Ask us not to use photos of your home

New Jersey residents may have additional rights under the New Jersey Data Privacy Act where it applies, including the right to confirm, access, correct and delete personal data, obtain a copy of it, and opt out of its sale, targeted advertising or profiling. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision, and if your appeal is denied you may contact the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs.

10. Children's Privacy

The Site and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
